Welcome to Karin Apartments on Seggauberg in the South Styrian Wine Country Nature Park! In a beautiful panoramic location, idyllically nestled in the rolling hills amidst Frauenberg and Seggau Castle on the outskirts of Leibnitz, a vacation home simply awaits you to feel good.

In the garden with the covered wine arbor you are invited to linger with picturesque views to the Silberberg winery and Seggau Castle with seating and sun loungers. To find peace and be for themselves, guests have a spacious private lounge area due to the spaciousness of the property.

Pleasure hiking trails and bike paths with fantastic viewpoints lead along the farm; just around the corner are various restaurants, Buschenschänken, wineries, natural swimming lake and adventure pool, the wine trail Silberberg, Seggau Castle, the village on Frauenberg with pilgrimage church and temple museum, the Sulmauen, the river bath Steinerne Wehr, sports and playgrounds, the wine town of Leibnitz with inviting coffee houses around the main square ... , all is located within a radius of two kilometers.

The nearest shopping market in the center of Leibnitz is 2 km, to the train station 3 km, to the A9 exit Leibnitz 4.5 km, to Gamlitz on the South Styrian Wine Route 8 km.

The well-being of our guests is particularly close to our hearts, for a varied stay we have prepared a lot of information. The cancellation conditions according to AGBH 2006 for the hotel industry apply, these are: no cancellation fees up to 3 months before the start of the rental period, 40 % for cancellation 3 to 1 month before the start of the rental period, 70 % for cancellation 1 month to 1 week before the start of the rental period, 90 % in the last week before the start of the rental period, 100 % for no-shows.
