Bouldering is climbing at jumping height, secured by a mat and possible alone. It's not about the height, but about technique and tricky "projects". In a bouldering gym, countless holds in bright colors are bolted to vertical and overhanging walls. One color results in a route of a certain difficulty. The routes are re-screwed every 2-4 months.
For bouldering you need sportswear with good freedom of movement and climbing shoes and a chalk bag if available. Climbing shoes are a must! (Climbing shoe rental at Sport Überbacher --> Mon-Fri 8.30 - 18.00 h and Sat 8.30 - 17.00 h)
Trial climbing per day:
- Adults: € 8
- Children: € 4
Children under 5 years climb for free. Children under 16 are only allowed in the hall when accompanied by an adult supervisor.
