For your voucher we offer you our very special house specialty: red wine matured Schweinsfischerl - pork tenderloin (in Styrian Schweinsfischerl) is marinated in red wine, spiced very spicy with pepper and air-dried. Therefore, this meat is also very tender. We serve this on tomato leaf salad and sprinkled with Styrian asmonte. Served with a glass of our Sausal Riesling.
