Our vacation apartment is located in an outbuilding with a view of the vegetable patch and the vineyard. Shower and toilet are five meters away in the sauna room. Use of the eleven-meter pool is also possible. On the neighboring property there are sheep and deer.

The Buschenschank Grill Peter is a 15-minute walk away, and other Buschenschänken on the Eichberg can also be easily reached on foot. The modern Klapotetz can be reached on foot in 30 minutes. TIP: Wine culture garden with wine experience tour at Kollerhof.

The apartment is habitable from May-October, on a self-catering basis. Please inquire by phone!

    Pets are not allowed. Our apartment is designed for two adults (self-catering basis). Final cleaning is included in the price.

    The cancellation rules of the ÖHV apply:
    - up to 3 months before the arrival day no cancellation fees;
    - up to 1 month before the arrival date 40 % of the total arrangement price;
    - up to 1 week before the arrival date 70 % of the total arrangement price;
    - in the last week before the arrival date 90% of the total arrangement price.
