Here we experience Buschenschank flair in its most beautiful form in an atmospheric garden atmosphere, embedded in a magnificent landscape, framed by shade-giving trees. Inside, cozy parlors with lots of wood, old wooden streetcars and tiled stoves offer authentic hospitality.
The culinary classics of southern Styrian Buschenschank culture give themselves a rendezvous - lovingly prepared in the style of the house. First and foremost the Brettljause. Served on a wooden board, it contains a who's who of delicacies typical of the region: Geselchtes, Brüstl, raw ham, Hauswürstel, Verhackertes and much more; plus wonderfully fragrant bread from our own bakery.
No less coveted are all the other typical southern Styrian Buschenschank delicacies: homemade frying fat, beetle bean salad with core oil, the house sulz, sandwiches and spreads and a very special regional specialty: the Kübelfleisch.
