Our detached house is located on the outskirts of Leutschach an der Weinstraße in a quiet forest edge location on the mountain. From here you have a beautiful view of the Remschniggalm. Furthermore, from here you can see the pilgrimage church Sveti Duh in Slovenia, which can be reached by a beautiful hike through the Heiligengeistklamm. The hiking trail in the direction of Eichberg-Trautenburg passes directly by our house. The outdoor swimming pool in Leutschach can be reached in three minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot.

    Cancellation up to three months before the agreed arrival day will not incur any cancellation fees. Up to one month before the arrival day 40% of the total price is due, up to one week before arrival 70% and in the last week before the arrival day 90% of the total price is due.
