Knappenhof Eichberg is located between the two communes Gamlitz and Leutschach an der Weinstraße and provides you with a great panorama in middle of vineyards. Two holiday apartments and a Buschenschank are at our yard. Distance to Leutschach is 5 km, to Gamlitz 8km, to Leibnitz 11km. Two hiking tracks pass our yard where Gabi will welcome you. She and her husband Hannes live there with 2 horses and 2 donkeys.
The "Lannacher Haus"
The "Lannacher Haus" is a typical Styrian „Langhaus“ which was built around 1850 and provides space for 4-6 people (135m2). The name is retrieved from the town Lannach, where we saved the house and rebuilt it on the Eichberg. At the ground floor there is a dounble bedroom, a bathroom/lavatory, a living room with kitchen and a hallway. At the upper floor we have two double rooms and a bathroom and a lavatory. The furniture is high-quality, solid wood furniture, antiques and so on. The house has a balcony and a great patio where you can enjoy the evening sun.
The "Weingartenstöckl"
The small cottage is located in the vineyard and is for 2 people (32m2) with a kitchen and sitting area at the ground floor, a double room and a bathroom/lavatory. It also has a balcony and a sitting area in the garden. The furniture is high-quality, solid wood furniture, antiques and so on.

The "Bürgerhaus" is a holiday house suitable for four (maximum 6) people (135m2). It looks like a middle-class house like it was very common in the 20th century. At the ground floor there is a kitchen, sitting room, hallway, bathroom/lavatory. At the upper floor you will find a double bedroom and a living room with sofa for 2 people. At the basement there is another double bedroom, bathroom/lavatory, hallway and solid wood furniture. The house has a patio and is perfect if you love to travel together but also like some time alone.

Conditions
Our holiday apartments are fully equipped with bed linen towels, radio, TV, Wifi, Nespresso coffee machine, hair dryer, dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer are available at our yard. For our small guests we have a travel bed and a high chair (please let us know in advance). Basic food such as Nespresso tabs, sugar, salt and pepper, vinegar, oil is provided. On demand, our baker will bring you your pastries in the morning. Storage room for bikes and strollers is available. Barbecue is also available.
